Thermal magnesium oxide features: Thermal conductivity 48W / (m.k). The high temperature firing at 1800 ~ 2000 °C and the unique reaction conditions improve the disadvantage of strong magnesium oxide absorption. After surface treatment, it has better contact with resin. Light weight, high insulation, and excellent thermal conductivity, can be filled in large quantities. Compared with spherical alumina, it has higher thermal conductivity and better machining performance.
Application of heat-conducting magnesium oxide:
- Fiber reinforced composite. Add PPS, LCP, PA and other thermal plasticity resins to improve thermal conductivity.
- Thermal interface materials (heat sink, grease, etc.) To increase the heat dissipation of silicone, acrylic and other thermosetting resins.
- Semiconductor sealing material. As a semiconductor device protection, moisture-proof, insulation purposes of the sealing material, now the general use of fused quartz.
