The manufacturing method of magnesium oxide heat storage material includes raw materials formula and manufacturing technique. Firstly, mixing the magnesium oxide with different particle sizes according to a certain ratio. After the reasonable matching for raw material’s thickness, the product’s interior has high density, small pores and high strength. And then, adding the silica solution into mixture. After intensive mixing, these material was mixed equably. Then adding a certain water to mix into a paste. At last, through moulding by casting and ambient cure, it can be made heat storage material.
The characteristic of this invention is: simple craft, the cost of production can be decreased drastically, the product added magnesium oxide can reach the requirements. However, the present methods need the large-scale pressure facilities and the high sintering. The production cost is too high, and the product quality is unstable.
