The Mg lactate was formed after the reaction between lactic acid and magnesium oxide. Its main content is magnesium oxide. The appending proportion of magnesium oxide is between 30% to 50%. Therefore, the quality of magnesium oxide, especially the food grade magnesium oxide, can directly determine the quality of Mg lactate finished product.
