However, in thermal conductive plastics suppliers, the quality problems could not be solved effectively because of the foreign enterprises’ problem after sale. Therefore, in order to improve the situation, Meishen Technology researched and developed the magnesium oxide used for thermal conductive plastics, which surpasses the imported brands.
There are some data about magnesium oxide used for thermal conductive plastics researched and developed independent by Meishen Technology: the magnesium oxide content is equal or greater than 98.0%, the average grain diameter(D50) is from 50μm to 60μm, the specific surface area is 0.2 Square meter per gram, the specific gravity is 3.6 gram per cubic centimeter, the single crystal heat conductivity coefficient is from 40 to 60 watt per metre kelvin, the Moh’s hardness is 5.5. What’s more, it is easy to disperse and mixing, and can to filled with high proportion. It has high heat transmission coefficient, and the single crystal heat conductivity coefficient is higher than aluminium oxide. it has low hardness and not easy to wear equipment, and can be used to produce thermal conductive plastics with high whiteness. In addition, it is mianly applied to thermal conductive plastics, thermal conductive silicone pad, thermal conductive pouring sealant, thermal conductive plaster and others.
