At present, Europe, America, Japan and other developed countries have banned the use or import of non-environmental protection cables. The European Union provides in the RoHs directive: The electrical equipment products put on the market shall not contain six harmful substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated diphenyl ether, polybrominated biphenyl and so on. ROHS directive also has a great impact on the cable material industry, especially for the flame retardant cable material, the processing formula used in the flame retardant and other additives in the environmental protection of higher requirements. High quality magnesium hydroxide raw material, can ensure the cable has better flame resistance, play a greater role.
